I know how hard it can be. You’re exhausted, your baby’s not sleeping, and with family far away, it feels like you’re doing this all on your own. I’ve been there, second-guessing every choice, and just wishing for some guidance that feels right for your family.

Hi, I'm Lisa

My journey began as a new mum navigating sleepless nights and the challenges of figuring out what worked best for my baby. Like many parents, I quickly realised that my baby’s sleep wasn’t just about her. It deeply impacted my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Those early experiences taught me that sleep isn’t just about schedules or routines. It’s about finding balance and creating a mindful, holistic approach that works for the whole family. That realisation inspired me to train as a sleep coach so I could support other parents on their journey to better sleep.

I don't believe in rigid plans or 'cry it out' methods

I’m now a certified Holistic Sleep Coach with an MSc in Public Health from King’s College London, and I’m also currently training as a Naturopathic Nutritionist. I understand how nutrition, lifestyle, and environment can affect sleep and overall well-being.

That’s why I offer a gentle, flexible approach tailored to your family’s needs. No rigid plans, no “cry it out.” My strategies are supportive and personalised, drawing inspiration from the natural world and incorporating mindfulness to create a calm and balanced path to better sleep for your whole family.

That doesn’t mean I’ve got everything all figured out, far from it! I’m a parent too, and I know how messy and unpredictable life with little ones can be. But what I’ve learned is that small, mindful changes can make a big difference, and I’m here to help you find what works for your family.
