I offer a holistic, mindful approach to sleep support, helping families find rest without compromising their parenting values. Combining gentle sleep strategies, nutrition, and mindfulness, I guide you toward solutions that work for your baby—and for you.

How I can help

As a mother myself, I know how exhausting and overwhelming sleep struggles can feel. You want the best for your baby, but the conflicting advice can make it hard to know what’s right. 

With an MSc in Public Health from King’s College London and certification as a Holistic Sleep Coach, I take a gentle, evidence-based approach to improving sleep. My method is rooted in understanding your baby’s unique rhythms and creating solutions that work for your family’s needs—without sleep training methods that feel uncomfortable.
